“아주별로였습니다. 방은 지하처럼 지상에서 몇개단 내려간곳이 였고 방 곳곳에 먼지도 많았습니다. 커피메이커는 망가져 있었고 사전에 요청한 것들은 하나도 되어 있지 않았습니다. 심지어 매일 청소해 달라고 체크인시 이야기 했는데 두번째 날은 리스트에 없다고 청소도 안해줬고 아이들이 있어서 타월이랑 시트도 갈아야되니 청소부탁을 다시 했는데도 불구하고 메니져한테 물어본다고 하더니 프론트에서 연락도 없었습니다. 3박을 지내는데 불쾌하고 불편한 마음으로 객실 슬리퍼도 가운도 바디샴푸도 없는 힐튼호텔에서 지내다 갔습니다.”
“It was very clean and the bed was the top ! We stayed a week and the location was very convenient as there were a shoppiing mall nearby. All the facilities were always clean and well managed. I have already recommended to friends. I would like to revisit there!”
