“I got a 2 bed room for my dad & I, my bed had a stained sheet which I requested to be changed. The towels didn’t seem to clean either. We checked in really late at night and the staff at that time were great. The staff in the day had no attention to customer service and had a dry and almost angry attitude. “Le Casa Sunzal hotel est bien situé. Il est à environ 10 minutes à pied d'El Tunco. Il était facile de s'y rendre. Le personnel était sympathique et aidant. La nourriture était bonne. “This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! ”
