From the moment we checked in, we were meant with great enthusiasm! Luis and the rest of the front desk team were fantastic! We came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and the upgraded us to the Honeymoon Suite (the BEST room btw).

The hotel is located next to a beach that’s good for surfing. The view from its restaurant was great. The food was great. Each staff was kind and friendly. The hotel was very helpful in rescheduling our stay.

Excellent hotel

I stayed in 3 different hotels while visiting El Salvador, and this was by far the best. The staff is friendly and attentive, the pool area is beautiful and clean, the room is spacious and comfortable. Their restaurant on site is good, with the breakfast being the best meal I had. Also, I recommend their massage. Overall would stay here many times again.

The staff was very courteous. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a kind staff member, Deysy. She was professional through and through, understanding, and explained things in detail. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and pleasant, & the food delicious! The staff at the parking lot were also attentive and very kind. Overall, the staff is service-oriented and service-conscious, and it's appreciated. Pro: Hotel View. Customer Service. Transportation. Food quality. All amazing. The restaurant's food is truly tasty. Cons: There was no early check-in. I understand it is based on availability, so this is not the hotel's fault. Construction by the pool and on the outside shower. If you don't mind the noise, then you're fine. The workers do take breaks which means they are not doing non stop construction noise which is good for the guests. My hotel room was tucked in with no view. The lighting in the room is dim. I was not able to turn on the middle fan light. I could have asked for assistance but it was not a major inconvenience—just something for the hotel to know of. Not having a room with any view can be fixed by just stepping out of the room and hanging out at the restaurant or the pool.

Had a wonderful stay here, the property is very well maintained and staff is friendly.. Breakfast was great and the ocean view was lovely! The couple massage was amazing and a must do. Very relaxing stay .. I highly recommend this place! The only thing I would recommend is maybe a small refrigerator in the rooms… I just went across the street to the store for cold bottle water and beer.. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at Palo Verde, we didn’t want to leave! The food and staff were amazing. The pool was perfect and the beach was gorgeous. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel was great and clean. Meals were fantastic and most of the staff was friendly and attentive. They even ask if you want your room cleaned for the day which is really nice. They also have labelled cabanas for every room, which is efficient. They use metal straws and glass bottles for water to be sustainable. Really close to the beach with great views. The only thing I didn’t like was on my last day, I was settling my tab and was charged for something I didn’t order at the restaurant and if I hadn’t checked the bill it would have been charged so be aware of that if you start a tab with them.

This property is a sustainable hotel located in El Zonte. I loved it! Such great food! I recommend everything, especially the banana foster pancakes! Yum! The room was clean! Warm water was no issue! Ac worked fantastic. What i thought was so neat was that they reserve a sun chair by the pool for your entire stay. That way theres no issues about finding seating by the pool. Its beach front. So amazing views of the surfers and directly walkable to shore. Love this hotel and their staff! Thank you! Cant wait to come back!

The hotel is pretty nice and the location if you want to be in front of el zonte wave, there is no better place. Food is really good and beverages as well But if there is something great about the hotel is the staff and how they run everything 10/10 in organization, cleaning, kindness y helpful. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to come back
