"We had an amazing stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We arrived six hours before check-in and were still accommodated. The team stored our luggage, allowed us to use the facilities, and even shuttled us to the Bay Gardens Resort to enjoy the amenities there as well.
Breakfast was excellent with great options and a different menu each day. The care shown when our 4-year-old had a minor injury was truly appreciated, the staff were attentive, compassionate, and followed up immediately on our return.
A wonderful, stress-free stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend."

"We had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. the staffs that welcome expedia menbers make sure we are very happy with everthing. "
"The room was great, neat, clean, cool and had a nice view of the garden area. I loved the pool, bar and restaurant. It was walking distance to most places you would want to go including the beach. And there was ample free parking. I would only caution to make sure your google maps has you going to the right entrance - it took us down a dirt road to the back entry gate, not where we should have been or could have parked. Make sure to drive around to the big, official entry and don't follow google maps."
"Ti Kaye was the best resort my husband and I have stayed in in our 20 years of marriage. The employees were always friendly and accommodating, the bungalow with the large porch was fabulous, the food everyday was fabulous and we loved the rotating menu, the app for making reservations and ordering food was super convenient, and it had more things included in the all-inclusive package then we found anywhere else. We will be going back for sure!!"
"Bel Jou Hotel is a clean, quiet, and relaxing resort with excellent food and friendly staff. The food was a standout, offering tons of variety, and the drinks were very good as well. Rooms were spotless, with bedding and towels changed daily. The resort is compact and easy to get around, with two pools, a gym, plenty of seating, and beautiful views of the marina and ocean. Lulu’s Snackbar and available excursions were nice added perks.
The resort is not on the beach, and while a shuttle runs hourly, the nearby roads are not walkable. Entertainment was limited, with daytime activities happening inconsistently and evening shows starting late, leaving little to do after dinner. Lounge chairs lacked padding, beach towels were sometimes limited, and cocktails were missing garnishes. The atmosphere catered more to an older crowd, with music leaning heavily toward 80s hits. Nothing is within walking distance.
Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway, but less ideal if you’re looking for lively entertainment."
