"This was my fourth visit to Saint Lucia third stay at Coco Palm. The service and the grounds have changed tremendously. There was no hot water only luke warm water only, the air condition did not work. The staff was busy congregating and gossiping than assisting quest. I will not be staying at this spot again."

Service was excellent from check-in to departure. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff’s positive attitude really stood out. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again."

"Older traditional resort but well kept. Rooms spotless, great staff. Excellent breakfast including an assortment of local cuisine. Regular scheduled shuttle to the beachfront resort but only a 20 min easy walk. Local shops and supermarket next to hotel. Karaoke at the bar!"

"Ants everywhere in the room and we did not have food or snacks in there.. suitcases, bathroom. We alerted staff on this and they tried to blame us for it. Me and a friend in an entirely different room had the same issue. When I got back to the states, my house was infected with ants. Other than that, the breakfast was great, and dinner was OK. Nice plants and pool area. It is the Caribbean’s so if you are a young woman, look out for the strange men on the beach front. If they really like you, they will stalk you for almost your entire stay. "
