"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. "The entrance to studio is an internal (not suitable) door with electronic lock, it does not feel safe or secure - would not recommend. The studio was clean, however the bathroom drains stank very strongly. The ‘kitchenette’ is just a kettle, fridge, sink and microwave in a very small space. Okay if you just need somewhere to sleep, but would not stay again. We stayed here as looked close to airport, due to airport entrance it’s actually 2.5km or 2 buses, so not great for airport accommodation...

"Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
