"Although they may have been clean, the sheets were old and had stains. The bathroom appwaredclean, but the ceiling had damage from previous leak appeared to be dry but also had black mold on the waterstain spot of the ceiling."

"Property needs some serious cleaning and a professional exterminator. They did fimd us a better room than the original but it was still quite dirty and still had critters. "
