โWhat started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. โ
โThis was a wonderful place to relax and celebrate our 55th anniversary. It was peaceful and the staff was very accommodating. We added an extra night and it was no problem at all. It was in a very nice area of town. Restaurants and shopping were very close.โ
โThe facility of this hotel is simple and clean. It is very nice for an extended hotel. But the hotel is near the interquest main road, then sometimes it is a little noisy.โ
โLoved the scenery around the hotel and easy access to the conference I attended. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. I have only one concern there was no elevator but they gave me a room on the 1st floor and allow for an early check-in with no charge. โ
