“The room smelt like dogs. They had an air fresher plugged in which made it smell like a flowered dog. ”

From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area. ”

“The general manager made the decision to have the carpets cleaned in every room the morning that I arrived. I was warned that the carpets were damp but this was a good thing as it indicated they were clean. The carpets were not clean but were very wet and the odor was horrible. I had to wear shoes the entire stay. I have made 4 attempts to reach the GM but he has not been on property and has not returned my calls. I was told that over 40 guest coomplained about the carpets.”

“They welcomed pets. I thought it would be a nice place according to the pictures. But upon arrival, the desk person asked if we wanted to upgrade to a newer room. Ours must not have been remodeled because it was old and dirty. ”

“Everything spotlessly ”

“The pillows were less than paper thin. I folded up clothes to sleep better. Once it was shower time I was terrified I was going to fall through the bottom of the tub. There were soft spots that dipped in and dropped any time you stepped on them. The rest of my family opted not to shower when they felt them. The beds were harder than a brick. No give whatsoever. The gentleman that checked us in was really nice, but that’s about it as far as highlights go. ”

“The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too soft and the sheets were not soft enough. There were no blackout currents and bright lights shined through our window all night.”
