"First of all, the check in process was very slow, I do under stand it’s the holiday in China, but I moved from another hotel to this one but the first hotel I was at, the check in process were much faster. "3日宿泊する予定で予約。2日目の朝に「政府の炭素税（？）の規制に引っかかったので本館に移動してほしい」と言われ、ホテルの客全員ではなかったので抗議したが、泣く泣く荷物をまとめてチェックアウト。当日は観光予定があったため、スーツケースは夜まで置かせてもらった。夜に荷物を取りに行くと、夜のスタッフに事情が伝わっていなかったらしく、再度自分から説明をしなければならなかった。タクシーで行くように言われたが、ホテル事由であることを主張し車を手配してもらい（当然ですが）、車で送ってもらった。車で送ってもらった先は本館はジンホワホテルよりグレードは高かったので結果オーライではあったが、ホテル事由の移動であるのに謝罪の言葉もなく最悪な気分であった。同系列のホテルは二度と利用しない。一日泊まった感想は以下の通り。・バストイレと部屋の仕切りが無いため、シャワーや排せつ音がダイレクトに伝わってしまう・シャワー室の防水が甘いため、水が漏れてシャワー後に床が濡れてしまう・全体的にくすんでいて清潔感があまりない・ベッドの寝心地は良い"

"My husband and I have been to many countries and stayed at many hotels. Nanjing Central Hotel has to be among the best of all! The hotel is centrally located in the city, clean environment, friendly staff. The breakfast was superb, with more items than we could ask for, and the cafe was beautifully designed and constructed. The front desk staff and bell men were very helpful, with plenty of knowledge and local tips. Thank you to all at Nanjing Central Hotel!!!"

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. Shuguang Hotel is situated next to Xuanwu Lake, offering views of Nanjing's towering skyline through the windows; the night view is quite beautiful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the subway station and Nanjing Railway Station. Although the architectural style feels a bit dated, the guest rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, featuring clean, fresh bedding. Soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet environment, though the sound of street traffic can occasionally be heard in the early morning. The buffet breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes with a menu that changes daily. I particularly appreciate the complimentary self-service laundry facilities, which are clean and well-equipped. The lobby reception staff are well-trained, and the housekeeping team is professional and courteous; the breakfast staff and chefs are also enthusiastic, proactive, and friendly."
