"The hotel is currently going under a remodeling. They are painting, etc. so the place really looks nice. The staff behind the counter were very helpful. The bathroom looks like it had a new tub in it and the cable package was the best I had experienced on my whole trip. Lots of options the workout room was in good condition and I loved the fact that the pool was indoors. Breakfast was above the norm. Lots of options."

"I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!"
