"When I arrived the sign stated a price a third lower than what I paid online and as I was bringing this fact up to the manager he just said he could cancel the room but I wouldn't get a refund because I reserved online. Stayed two nights, the room wasn't clean when we arrived nor cleaned when after our first night. The biggest issue I had was when I was heading to our event after the first night and one of the staff asked, "Why do you people support Israel?" They knew nothing of our political views and in my opinion that question was absolutely distasteful and disassociative to the area that they are operating in. To those wanting to stay here... DON'T. To the owners and management... 1 Be honest with your online and advertised prices vs your advertised prices. 2 Clean your grounds and your rooms. 3 Keep politics out of your business."

"There was no information when making a reservation that the pool and sauna was closed for renovations. It needs to be called out that this property has no elevators. This hotel was in dire need of upgrades and attention to detail in cleaning. The room was filthy. The parking spaces were so close together, it was hard to barely fit your car into the space, much less avoid door dings. I would have preferred knowing that the room rate charged by the hotel was different than Expedia had listed for the three nights we stayed. The value paid for this hotel, even for regular rates outside of special events is poor. There should be some sort of regulations in place to hijack guess for a room rate over $500 a night for such a poor quality room. I’m sure this doesn’t even come close to meeting brand standards for Best Western. Very disappointing stay. Trip hazard was significant for the entry/exit from the room."

"Outrageous price for a run-down, inaccessible hotel. Staff was great. have stayed in hotels all across the country, and this was by far the lowest-quality property I have ever encountered. We paid an astronomical $1,229 for a three-day stay, which is a ridiculous price considering the low quality. The only reason we stayed is because we had prepaid; otherwise, we would have left immediately. The physical property is run-down, looks dirty, and is incredibly old. The carpets are lumpy, the paint is peeling, and everything looks dingy. In the bathroom, the linoleum flooring was peeling up, and the bathtub drained so poorly that it filled with water while taking a shower. The towels were also heavily and visibly stained, though they did not smell bad. Additionally, there is no elevator and no ramp to access the second and third floors. The sole saving grace is the team. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They deserve praise, but management needs to drastically lower their prices or completely renovate this building. "
