The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.”

“Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. ”

“A wonderful experience. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent much more than expected. The family and staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city, in the fortress, felt very safe and was quiet. I would stay here again”

“Gorgeous grounds and pool, decent sized rooms and more modern than the photos look, but the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your room neighbors say and it was so hot in the room, apparently they don’t turn the AC on until May, so we didn’t sleep well. ”
