The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. Since the hotel is located in the town centre, there very limited parking options so we had to use the...

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.”

“Central location. Several restaurants and other shops on same street. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast: all manner of baked goods, fruit, granola, cold cuts, yogurts.”

“Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. ”

“It was perfect accommodations , the staff was extremely kind and helpful for anything needed and the facilities were exceptional . They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . Would love to revisit and will be telling friends and family of our experience . ”
