The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.”

“This was one of the best experience I had in Italy. The hotel is a little bit off from what the GPS tells you but not too hard to find. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiflu and the room we had was on the first floor with kitchen, workin closet, bathroom and everything beautifully setup. People were very kind and the whole hotel is managed beautifully with flowers, trees and everything. I would had willingly spent the whole week in this hotel if I hadn't book for other schedules.
