"Family of 7 in 3 bedroom 2 bath. Checked in late (9PM) due to car rental line (Avis) and dinner service (island time!!). Room had not been cleaned. Contacted Alonso, who responded immediately. Gave us access to another room while this one was cleaned. The maid and her husband (not the one who hadn’t done her job) left a party to take care of our room. Things like this happen and Alonso and his staff stepped up to rectify. Excellent service. Property is about 20 years old, looks like the pictures. Undergoing cosmetic (paint) renovations at this time. Grounds are well kept, pool was always clean. Animals seen on property included a nest of green parrots, iguanas, and lots of stray dogs and cats. No restaurant or vending machines on site. A few markets close by. Must bring toileteries including toilet paper and at very least bottled water. Location was great for our plans, about 30 min from San Juan, El Yunque, Laguna Grande Fajardo (bioluminescent, look it up) and many beaches. Neighborhood was generally quiet. RECAP: Alonso was courteous, had excellent communication and quickly resolved any issues. Staff were all polite and professional. Property was well managed. "

"We have NEVER encountered such WARM, friendly staff and their sunny dispositions... ALWAYS ready with a smile and to help their guests in any way possible!! We ate their poolside hearth baked pizzas 3 days in a row!! They were THAT good!!"

"The room was clean and was a great surprise in a time of need when there were no rooms anymore in San Juan due to the amazing liberation of Venezuela which caused a minor inconvenience to the rest of us for delay in flights. A small price for ridding the good people of the stain of Maduro. "

"The room was quaint and clean, with a great little balcony. The pool was nice, and the view of the pounding surf was spectacular. The kitty, Selva, is now my furry friend 🐈😊 I loved my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was also close to all my points of interest. I would stay again. It's certainly different and more tranquil than the touristy areas."

"What a wonderful relaxing place to stay! Clean, fresh smelling room, bed was comfortable! Management were quick to reply to requests and very accommodating and kind! Continental breakfast was so convenient, water bottles, fruit, cheese, small snacks, coffee was delicious! Location was ideal close to everything, but tucked into the side of a mountain! Views were spectacular!! Will be back for sure!! "
