Proximity was very good. Rooms clean. It was very noisy from the room next to me. There was an odor in the room and hallway like a wet dog.

Room was dirty and smelled like vomit. Went to target and bought Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, a plug in air freshener, and new sheets and a blanket. And the room still smelled. Wouldn’t have felt comfortable laying on the sheets in the room.

Hotel is old and needs upgrading - the door to my room had chunks of wood missing as if someone had previously tried to break the lock. Wall paper is peeling off the walls in the hallways… smells of chlorine and mildew.

Inside the hotel, everyone and everything was fine. The parking lot was adequate but full if you came in late. My only complaint would be something they can’t change anyway. The building was right next to I-76 on the back side, and I was in the corner closest to it on the back side of the building, 4th floor, so I could hear all of the turnpike traffic at night. A white noise app on my phone helped since the room hvac fan only ran when heating or cooling.

Regretfully, it is evident that this was formerly a lovely hotel that is gradually deteriorating as a result of neglect. From a cursory glance, the room appears pleasant; however, there were crumbs on the desk chair and coffee drippings on the desk area. The constant drip from the faucet has left the tub wet. The person at the front desk was polite. I frequently go in this direction and stay in Cranberry once a month, so I'm hoping that things will become better.

I tried to cancel the day before the cancel period ran out. Didn't get a hold of anyone they could help me. Got charged for the room after finally getting a hold of someone the day of but wouldn't help me out.

The room we stayed in had a pull out sofa bed, but there were not three towels nor was there an extra pillow for the bed. These were provided but we had to go to the desk to request them. The breakfast staff was totally overwhelmed by the full house of guests for the eclipse, and so there was not enough food (Yoghurt, eggs, potatoes, juice, etc) for all of the guests. In addition, the floor was coated with syrup at the entrance to the other food area because of the placement of the waffle machine and syrup dispenser.

Lots of parking, I have a large truck and am always worried about having a large enough lot that is safe. Check in was quick and easy, rooms weren’t the “newest” but they were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that both bed frames made a lot of noise every time you rolled over. Breakfast was also good.

I did not like that I paid for the stay and did not stay. I called Saturday morning at 8 and explained why I could not come but the hotel did not care. They took my money and gave me nothing. I will never stay here.

This was just a quick overnight on our way to our destination. Upon arrival, my son and I checked in, brought our stuff to the room and rested a few minutes to decide what to do for dinner. There were no menus for neighboring restaurants in the room so I decided to go down to the lobby to figure out what our options were, and I needed to grab something from the car. Stopped at the front desk and asked if they had any recommendations and was then waved towards a place where they had some menus at the end of the counter. I then asked if the building next door was a restaurant and if so what kind of food was offered. Woman said “just regular food, American” in an annoyed tone. Very unfriendly. Went to my car. Noticed a cop car out front and by the time I turned around after getting what I needed from the car there was a 2nd cop car. I stopped at the front desk and asked if something was going on and was abruptly told in a rude manner “the police are handling it”. To which I responded I would like to know if there’s something I need to be concerned about. And then I was told the police are handling it again. This was unacceptable since I had just checked into this hotel with my child. The main disappointment was when I was about to go to sleep, pulled the bed cover down and discovered hair all over the sheets. Someone did come up to change them but it took a while and I was exhausted. Very unpleasant experience.

Staff nice. Breakfast good. Pool and whirlpool great. Kid friendly - but that's the down fall. Kid's drawings on the walls. Kids with not the proper supervision beat up parts of the hotel. Needs something matience on titles and bathroom. Building on the outside looked nice. Near industry but also walking distance from food and shopping.

Smells like marijuana as soon as you walk in and in the hallway. We had to ask for a different room because it smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk accommodated that request without question. Everything was clean and orderly but the hot tub was not just out of order, it was bubbling green water- they may consider emptying it or covering it.

I reserved 2 rooms. Our room #328 was ok. Our daughter was in #313. She said the sink had little hairs in it from a previous person shaving and the headboard of the bed was very dusty.

Excellent value for an overnight hotel, room was clean and beds were fresh and comfortable. Well stocked breakfast bar.

For the price this Hotel is very good. Rooms are large, breakfast was great and the pool was a hit with the grandkids!

In walking directions to sheetz and primanti. Very close to shopping and other places to eat. Minutes from the turnpike. Free breakfast, pool, hot tub and gym. It’s always busy every time we stay here and we’re always greeted with great staff.

I didnt like that i couldnt get into the Jacuzzi to PT my knees cuz it was legitimately being used as a kiddie pool.

Noisey neighbors all night, at least 10 people over there. First room heat didnt work, 2nd room hot water in sheoer wouuldnt work.
