Lo único que no me agradó, fue que mi mascota nos acompañó en nuestro viaje. Teníamos una actividad importante con um hijo. Y tuvimos que regresar al hotel a buscar mi mascota, por que nos llamaron que la fuéramos a buscar por que estaban dando quejas por su ladrido. Y entiendo que si aceptaban mascotas es normal que las mascotas ladren.

When there is an excessive amount of noise and complaints, we do have to intervene. This is part of the pet policy as well. We are sorry this disturbed your time here.

Everything in the hotel was what would be expected for a short stay and the price. The walls are entirely too thin and we could hear conversations in the rooms next door.

We enjoyed our stay at My Room. Check in was no problem. The rooms were clean p, spacious and accommodating. The in room kitchen was nice to have. Couple of details prevented a perfect score. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. We were worried about jewelry falling into the drain. Also the top sheet on one of the beds seemed dirty. All in all, i wiil stay here again.

The staff was great! Very friendly and professional. The property was clean. Rooms were spacious. I was a little concerned because I never heard of this hotel but i'd stay at one of their other properties in the future!

The room we had was very stinky. It is a pet friendly property. We ended up leaving because it smelled so bad. The person at the front desk was very understanding. We were given a refund for the nights we did not stay. Found a different place to stay

Great location! room is big and clean. The staff was very nice. when I told him our dog will be staying with us at the hotel, he switched our room to the first room on the first floor. It's easy for us to walk our dog. we will come back!
