Loved staying at the William Penn Omni. Excellent location within walking distance of theaters, Market Square, Station Sq, museums, restaurants and the Strip district. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially enjoyed talking to Patrick who was our bartender). The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, very nice. Housekeeping on the day of our checkout though knocked on the door at 8:00 am to see if we had left yet - I’m not complaining about that, but it did wake us up and we thought it was odd. The check-in process was great and the hotel gave us complementary amenities for my husband’s birthday which I thought was very nice.
