This is a beautiful hotel and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The room was large and it had black out curtains that worked. I just wished I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

Loved the property! Beautiful throughout with the luxury look of the Prohibition Era. We could walk through downtown Pittsburgh to a variety of cultural enrich events and restaurants, walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge to the Pittsburgh Pirate Stadium, and watch the boats float by on the 3 Rivers! Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The only negative review would be the bathroom size and also the bathrooms do need updated!

Would stay again! Close to everything in Downtown Pittsburgh. They have several nice bar areas and a speakeasy. Coffee and breakfast items available in the morning. Staff was very nice.

The air conditioning would not stay cool in our room. The baths could have been a little bigger, it may be time to remodel some of the chairs in the dining room are, however I do understand they trying to keep it historical. Over Al experience was good the breakfast and dinner was very good and people was friendly.

The hotel was in a great location down town. It had an upscale historic vibe…very Great Gatsby including a speakeasy inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary.

We are a family of 4, came for one night for a concert in town. Decided to splurge and stay at the Omni. What a wonderful experience. Old world glamour. Well maintained. Excellent hospitality- including "free drink" at any of their bars. Free Wifi Very comfortable beds (though full size), great size to the room, beautiful view from of historic church from our 15th floor windows, great water pressure in the shower even on the 15th floor, and the water warming up quickly. The T train station is across the street- which was perfect to get to the stadium. $8/day public parking available right across the street- much cheaper than $59 valet (but we didn't go in and out).

The location is great for downtown and the facility is in great shape. Prices were reasonable for the downtown area but the food we had for dinner was only adequate. My biggest complaint is that WiFi is not free. When the nightly room charge is this expensive, you shouldn't have to pay for WiFi!
