We did not check in until after 9pm so our stay was limited, be sure to check the sheets to assure they were changed/clean did not notice until around 1am that they appeared to be dirty, the tv was difficult to operate could not find cable. Overall the room was in good condition, we would stay again if in the area

Room was pretty nice and the bed was very comfy. Our bathroom door didn’t really stay shut very well but, it wasn’t too big of deal since it was just me and my husband. Decent place for the money.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham New Kensington was extremely disappointing. The online photographs did not accurately reflect the property's condition. Staff were pleasant and the bed linens were comfortable, but the room and grounds needed professional cleaning, repairs and renovation. Our bathroom needed a contractor ASAP: dirty flooring and corners, deteriorated and discolored caulking around the tub and shower fixtures, rust and staining near the drain, peeling tub safety strips, dated shower hardware, exposed plumbing, unfinished openings under the sink, and worn doors, trim and finishes. The toilet had a small round seat/lid that did not properly fit the elongated bowl. Dirty switches and sloppy patchwork added to the neglected appearance. Common areas showed poor touch-ups. From our window, the courtyard had a deteriorated shed-like structure and crude sidewalk repairs. Breakfast was disappointing: pale-looking sausage and waffles that remained doughy even after cooking beyond the recommended time. We arrived late with elderly parents and were not going to move everyone to another hotel overnight. I cannot speak for other rooms, but ours was unacceptable. Stained towels and washcloths should be removed from service if laundering cannot restore them. I photographed numerous defects. Travelers deserve current, accurate property photos and accommodations that are clean and properly maintained. We would not stay here again. These conditions warrant immediate attention.
