On several occasions the manager, in particular, has gone above and beyond to be helpful and we appreciate it! My family and I have stayed several times over the past few years and each time we enjoy it even more, especially the beautiful pool area. The location is also safe and convenient. This is our "go to" hotel when we visit our daughters at UMich!"

"This hotel is a lovely transition from its former use, and it will only get better as it fleshes out the updates. While some very minor items are in transition, such as the room number plaques, the rooms are very clean and the beds and linens are superb. It has every amenity and is very well appointed."

"Upon check in the clerk was very professional, friendly and smiled during the whole check in process. I had an issue with room, the next clerk was very apologetic, and report my concern to management, who then took care of it!! This property is very clean, quiet with comfortable beds!!! My only issue was no pool towels or room towels! Housekeeping took care of it immediately!! I definitely will stay there again!"
