Charming hotel in the middle of Pittsfield. Love the art, decor and overall fell. Rooms are charming and cozy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Great spot to stay with the kids (playroom downstairs is awesome). What an amazing Hotel !! Staff were super friendly and helpful The restaurant attached to the hotel was top notch ( live music Friday's) The room was spacious and super clean ( beds very comfortable) The second floor sitting area with tables and games provided lots of evening fun Overall much better than I was expecting, honestly felt like a mini Ritz Will definitely stay again Ohh dotties across the street and the turkish restaurant next to the Y were amazing as well !!

What a lovely room and building. Really enjoyed this hotel. However, the neighborhood outside the hotel was very sketchy and clearly there is an issue with drug addiction in the area. I ate at the restaurant within the hotel and went to and from my car in the gated lot. I enjoyed many other towns in the Berkshires, but Pittsfield was not one of them. Wish this hotel was in a different city, as I would love to stay there again.
