Hi George,So glad you and your 4-legged friend came to stay! We're working on updating our pet-friendly rooms to be a bit more modern little by little. I'll reach out to you when we have completed that project, but for our guests who don't bring their pets, we do have a newly renovated building that is fresh and beautiful.

Whenever our guests have a problem, we hope that they promptly will reach out directly to the General Manager or Assistant Manager's cell phone numbers that are provided in every guest's arrival text message. We absolutely want to act immediately in such a case.We are proud to never had have a theft issue here and to report that this wasn't one as well. Your knife went into the dishwasher with all other dirty dishes and was found immediately when we went to investigate! You'll be receiving a package shortly with your prized knife within :)

Hi,Sorry to hear your experience was not what you hoped. As we are not a "traditional" hotel, we do try to reach you via phone prior to your arrival to let you know what to expect when you arrive. For our guests who are wary about sending their ID's via our secure system, we do offer to meet you at your suite to take care of the red tape. We also give you our direct line for any questions during your stay. Thanks for your feedback, we DO listen and try to improve everyday!
