“Wonderful”

“The rug in the room was covered with stains, and had a “lump” in it, which is a trip hazard. The bathroom had mold and some other stains in the bathtub, and the baseboard behind the toilet was falling apart. There was a crack in the mirror in the bathroom as well. There was also a scratch in the wall near the bed about 15” long. The outsides of the building were dirty, and the air conditioners were covered with rust. Very poorly maintained.”

“In general, the room was clean but dated. Air conditioning is an issue as it is loud and frequently goes on and off through the night.”

“Charming”

“The location of this hotel is excellent. However, there was blood on the bathroom floor, stains on the sheets, and the fridge reeked of beer. When we asked the maintenance crew to give us five minutes to get out of the room, the cart was outside our door so we assumed that they would return and change the towels. They did not. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely; however, there was no one in the office when we checked out.”
