Not a bad stay here. Check in took a bit longer due to the confused person ahead of us. The poor desk manager had a long line of check ins and a phone ringing off the hook and no help. The room was a good size and the king bed was comfortable. We had a corner room and the window facing the side parking lot was broken. It would not latch shut so it was letting lots of hot air in while we were blasting the a/c trying to cool it down. The bathroom was dated but ok. The drain latch in the tub would not stay down unless you held it so you ended up standing in all your dirty shower water. The breakfast was meh. For someone who is gluten free the choices were yogurt or oatmeal. I had both but it would have been nice to have at least one of the cereals be gf (like Cheerios). I am used to there not being gf bread and thatโs ok. There was no one at the desk when we checked out otherwise I would have mentioned the issues directly to them. But overall the stay was fine and convenient and mostly worth the price.
