“Quite location, not to far from casinos”

“My stay at Comfort Suites was overall okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. While it wasn’t terrible, there were a few areas that needed more attention, and it didn’t feel as fresh as I expected. “We always stay here when we go to a show at Mohegan, and it's always great! Clean, safe, not far from Mohegan and they have a shuttle. Quiet. Next to a cemetery with beautiful trees and scenery. Staff is always friendly and answers all questions.”

Room was a total mess. there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, TV wouldn't turn on, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting and the light in there didn't work unless you turned on the mirror. If it wasn't for the fact that we were only staying one night to drive the rest of the way back home I would've absolutely asked to switch rooms. Bathroom door also wouldn't close. I took a video but won't let me upload it”
