"Old without repairs in room, nasty stains on chair in room, no hair dryer in room, evening staff person unfriendly, no breakfast included, no freezer in mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. "

"The staff is totally amazing and extremely friendly. The property was good and clean but they need some mild deodorizer to make the place smell a little more fresh. The breakfast is ok but additional protein selections might be nice. Overall this place was great and the staff sells it. "

"Not the best area by any means, across the street is the local rest/hangout spot for addicts, homeless, and lot lizards. With that being said the owner of this hotel doesn’t miss a beat & doesn’t tolerate shenanigans on his property. so overall I felt safe. Hotel is pretty out of date but kept up 100% and very clean. My room did have a fridge and microwave and a blow dryer. I travel for work and out of the blue with no notice I can get a call to relocate and it being my second time staying at this hotel I prefer paying by the week for saving money and the owner will not budge when it comes to a refund even if you cannot complete your stay so that is a con for me and I will be choosing a different hotel upon my return to Little Rock. The nightly rate is average for the city and other hotels will accommodate rather than keeping your money for services you will not fulfill as long as you didn’t cause any damage or something of negligence. "
