Stayed here 5 times in last 4 years . Great location just 10 mins from airport. Amazing veiws over palma bay . Rooms / bathrooms very clean and well stocked . Breakfast is spot on . Very quiet and chilled pool area . Will be coming back soon .

Staff was very professional and friendly. They were very kind and accommodating to your needs. I had to add an additional night because of my plane flight and they were very easy accommodating to me. The front desk. The managers awesome! Maite Martha, very very responsible and committed to making you your stay a happy one. Juan pedro, sara, valentina. The DJ in the afternoon and entertainment at night were great!

Great location. Walking distance to plenty of beach front restaurants, bars, and shops. Nice pool and amenities. Buffet included . Bikes for rent. Free street parking available close to hotel. Staff was very nice, and helpful - especially David & Pilar at the front desk. Beds weren't great . Pool closes way too early daily at 6pm. Other than that, great stay. Thanks,

Fantastic 4 night stay, in a Bali Bed My Favourite Club Room on a half board basis. Breakfast was alot better than dinner, but on the whole more than adequate. Night entertainment consisted of a live singer, again some better than others. Music by Pablo was shockingly bad. Only other gripe was having drinks incorrectly charged, I.e ordering large beers via the app, and being billed for large beers but receiving small. Albeit reception did rectify it when raised with them. Would I recommend Yes, should I stay again - Yes

Friendly helpful staff. Food was good and plentiful. One of the mattresses in our room was too soft and needed changing- there was a dip in the middle. Hotel was very clean. Parking was available on the street, however I'm not sure how easy that would be at the height of the season.

Really nice, quiet and well equipped hotel in a perfect location. If you’re into swimming in the sea vs pool like us, it will take you about 15 mins walk to get to a nice sandy beach (Palma beach) but I appreciate the walk so it didn’t bother us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay at a great hotel

We last stayed at the hotel 17 years ago under its previous name, its was great to come back and see that it was better than the last time, staff are fantastic, rooms clean and bright, food excellent will be going back again.

Nicest hotel in the area

Loved the hotel, not too large with personal touch, well organised, situated right at the promenade, nice and less busy area, Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely walk from there alongside the beach.
