Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

Just a wonderful oasis in the Serra Tramuntana of Mallorca. Tranquil and beautiful venue with the most wonderful staff. Just relaxing, laying by the pool after a great breakfast with everything, surrounded by the picturesque mountains in the back.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable. The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!

We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa ! You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! ) The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift ! Gorgeous boutique hotel for R R - single female American traveler. Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

The staff was professional, friendly, charming, ready to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant and morning breakfast was truly extraordinary. At the end of the day our go to was the roof deck and plunge pool. When I plan my next trip to Palma, I will book this hotel immediately.

The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.
