"Great location, nice hotel, terrible staff. Found the staff rude and unaccommodating. Went for 32nd wedding anniversary. Asked if we could have ice for champagne bottle we had been gifted by our kids before departure, they declined as not purchased from them! They need to know a smile costs nothing!"
