Horrible. Worst service at the resort. Very unpleasant staff. Never can get into any of the restaurants because of the wait line and no reservation policy. The buffet runs out of food if you are late. Overall worse resort I have been at

We were very impressed with this resort. Staff were constantly cleaning, friendly staff, and was very well maintained. Grounds and hotel are beautiful.
