“Because of the humidity the floor in our room on the first floor kept getting wet and slippery. So I would suggest not to book the first floor. “Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé qui s’est arrêtée. Carlos a été très gentil et l’a réparé mais elle s’est brisée de nouveau pendant notre 2e nuit. “Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. ”

“Wow! This was the perfect hotel. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were fantastic and friendly. Kevin cooked up some tuna we caught on the boat and it was excellent. Also the food at the restaurant was very good. You must try the soup!! The hanging bridge tour is a must do and free. Saw sunrises and sunsets. So many common viewing areas! Having the golf carts take you up the steepest part of the mountain is great too. Lots of really good restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby.
