"The room was great. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The valet parking situation is very bad. There is valet but no method to the madness. They want you to unload your car, before you actually check in or get a room. And there are not enough luggage carts and no bel hops. Very disorganized. The valet guys were not nice and seemed very frustrated. The bar staff did not seem eager to serve me a drink. It’s a beautiful location, but some of the staff seem very unpleasant."

"Had a lovely suite which overlooked the pool. Nice view, but many happy and noisy children. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, which we found strange. Staff very nice. Breakfast quite good. Suite nice and clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."

"The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. Lucky we took the headphones. Our room was right next to the highway so it was very loud with all the traffic and loud vehicles. The shower was very slippery and had no grab bars, if we stay again I will have to request a bathroom with grab bars as our daughter has mobility issues. We ended up having to ask for cleaning service at the very end of day 2 because we ran out of towels and toilet paper. We thought they came every 2 days. Its also frustrating to have to walk around the whole block to get back into the hotel once you leave. We did not eat breakfast there but it looked ok. I have a nut allergy and couldnt tell what had nuts and didnt have nuts. It is very close and we were able to get around by foot most the time. If we ever come back here, I know to ask for a room at check in on the east side of the hotel, get a mobility friendly room, and a room with 2 beds, not 2 rooms. Overall it is a very clean hotel."
