"The room and the hotel itself was fine, great even! However staff were not helpful at all. I had tried calling the hotel before i checked in because we needed to add an extra day to our stay. No one ever answered the phone. Then, when we got there in the evening the guy at the front desk said that we would need to check out in the morning to rebook our room. So come the next morning we go to the front desk, just for them to say they were fully booked and we would not be able ro extend our stay... If they had told us that since the night before I wouldnt have had to scramble to get out of the hotel and try finding a new hotel all on the same time. Very poor communication on their end i would be weary booking with them again because of that."
