플라자 푼타 랑고스타

We selected the Secrets resort because of the adults only tag and it seemed like it had a lot to offer. We are frequently in Cozumel but usually stay in the neighborhood. Unfortunately what we thought would be special was disappointing. Our swim-out room was ideally situated but the room itself was beat up. The headboard was busted, air conditioner leaked water on the floor, the bathroom sink was stopped up the entire stay and our call for repair was never met. Our cleaning person never left enough towels or washcloths. We had to call every day for either towels or washcloths. One day we waited over an hour. The cleaning people DID congregate outside of room every morning - early. Talking loud and banging carts and such. The restaurants for Secrets were not impressive at all so we decided pay for access to the Dreams side of the resort for more variety. For what we paid, it was extremely disappointing. The food in this resort is bland. Curry chicken with no curry sauce! Dishes that say a side of vegetables and deliver a few pieces of lettuce, a sliver of onion and a couple grape tomatoes. We went into town the last two nights to have dinner. A worker found out it was our wedding anniversary and signed us up for breakfast in our room. When my husband went to confirm it, they asked if he had our marriage license to confirm! What??! Who carries that document around?? We had a wonderful poolside game coordinator (Jerry) but that is about the only positive thing about Secrets.
