“Hotel Chromatic is a colorful, clean hotel. Located in the heart of Guatape, the hotel provided us good breakfast each morning, a nice hot shower, and friendly staff. Though the room didn't have a coffee pot or refrigerator, the coffee bar downstairs made good coffee and lattes, and my wife loved the hour massage on site--a paid option from their spa.”

“The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!”

“This hotel is rated three stars but it is pretty basic. The room is barely 10x10. We stayed 2 days. Pros were the staff, Sandra was wonderful, and our balcony and room view of the lake. What was unexpected was: the bed was basic, not great for my back, and we were only given 2 pillows, a sheet and a simple blanket.
