“We stayed for 3 nights. The second day we got back from our activities and room service had not come by for fresh towels and to take the trash out. The next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask if they could come by. He said yes it has been assigned. We came back at 2 and no one had came by. I waited until 6 when i tried to call the front desk from the hotel room… twice with no answer. I called from my cell phone and they answered right away. She said they only clean rooms on the third day...

“My schedule was delayed, so I arrived late, but Manager Javi was cleaning but immediately came over to help me. Although I wasn’t able to use other facilities, the breakfast was more than satisfying. There was yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal, and it seemed like the kids around also enjoyed it. I was traveling alone for business this time, but I’d love to come back again.”

“Clean and comfortable for the most part. Housekeeping for stay over was a bit lacking. Our room card was mistakenly deactivated one day earlier than our check out. Was easily resolved, but aggravating.”

“We had a great one night stay. The only negative was that in our suite the ac did not work in our bedroom so we kept the door open to the living area. Our room was a little warm while sleeping but nothing unbearable.”

“What a sweet place!! The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the staff members were friendly. Great location—The Inn is close to the Dana Thomas house, the Lincoln house and all the historic sites in the downtown area.”

“Our 3 rooms were supposed to be by each other (they was able to get us on the same floor) and we did not enjoy the construction on the roof (they were putting shingles on it) then we could not enjoy the outdoor area bc of the construction”
