It’s a nice, comfortable place. Very clean. The issue I had was with the customer service. There’s a young lady who works the counter who needs to seriously work on her interpersonal communication skills. Manner’s go a long way

Our stay wasnice, quiet, easy chckin. Evening lady was very nice. Breakfast was good, area kept veryclean .there was a lady and she was o top of it ll, very welcing and nice. Moning checkou woman was rude, and over hyper, didnt take time to listen or ask whaat ourconxernwas . As well as the the other people he was checking out at same time..

Pleasantly surprised in Pleasanton, TX

I was a little apprehensive about staying at this hotel after reading the reviews. I was so pleased to see how clean and comfortable the hotel and my room was. Only thing I found wrong was there were no instructions on using the coffee maker. Fresh coffee was just down the hall so evening that was ok. Will definitely book here again!

This is a disturbing video and if you are considering a stay here, it is strongly advised to keep your belongings with you going to and from the hotel room. While my room was clean and most of the property was well kept, I had the unfortunate circumstance of having a camera bag and tripod stolen from the room while I was out for the day. Fortunately the bag was empty but the bag itself is worth $200.00 and the tripod was worth another $250.00 When I brought the attention to the manager on duty they informed me the items were not left behind. I advised that the only place I left the two items were in my vehicle and the room. There was nothing stolen from the vehicle. The manager when I called again and advised the only possible cause for the disappearance of the items was someone took them from the room was quite dismissive and not concerned with the issue. The room itself was clean, the breakfast served was good. There was ample parking and the premisis was clean and not noisy. The swimming pool was green from algae and there was debris in the bottom.

Had to plunge our own toilet an go get plunger...was an act of cogress to get extra blankets for pull out bed...the heater an a/c didnt work....an wouldn't even give us a laye check out.....hotel was empty only 2 other cars in parking lot....will not be going back there ever....
