We had to keep shower running all night in morning water was still not hot . We never had these issues staying here not our first time . We were so disappointed that this happened."

"I stayed in the Bayview Tower for 2 nights. A bit dated. There wasn't any hot water to the bathroom unless I ran the water for approximately 10 minutes. Tried this at 6 AM and again around 6 PM. Called front desk after 1st time. They sent up maintenance. They said piping had to go all the way up to top floor before coming to the 4th floor to get heat. That's ridiculous in a hotel like this. Sink drain also filled with the remnants of the last visitors fruit cocktail or something like that. Not a happy customer.... "
