Plentong, Masai hotel rooms at the Fairmont

"we have selected the 3 bedroom apartment which is diff from what we have received. from main lobby to the small entrance to the apartment is nothing warm and well maintenice. We are fine basically but paying that amount is not a WOW factor. You have to wait for the lift for a long time . Just dont have the hotel feel."

"Room is clean but bed is too hard for us. Air-conditioning is not good as first night it auto increase room temp from 24 to 26 degree, making the room very warm and uncomfortable. Lucky 2nd night it is ok so we can sleep better. Breakfast on 1st morning is good but 2nd morning the melons served are unripe and tasteless. Overall the hotel location is good but may not consider to go back since the bed is uncomfortable. "
