Convenient and clean B and B with lovely views

A very central and pleasant place to stay, with lovely views. Well maintained property with very friendly and welcoming hosts.. delicious breakfasts. Only 1 complaint - no air conditioning, although there is a fan in the room/

Das war bisher meine teuerste Unterkunft in Südafrika für einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt. Leider hatten die einen Wasserschaden, also war die Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar. Morgens öffnete ich den Vorhang und der Bauarbeiter stand mir gegenüber. Das hat die auch nicht weiter gestört, dass ein Gast da war. Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt vermiest. Ich kann nur abraten, zu teuer und man hat immer ein ganz beklemmendes Gefühl.

Tolles B&B Lala Panzi

Das Lala Panzi ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes B&B mit Pool und Sonnendeck. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Gastgeberehepaar, welches auch Deutsch spricht, empfangen. Wer interessiert ist, erhält viele Tipps und Infos zu Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. Es wurde auch ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück angeboten, (Müsli, frische Früchte, selbstgebackene Brötchen, Eierspeisen). Wir werden das Lala Panzi auf jeden Fall wieder berücksichtigen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Ganz tolles B&B

Ganz tolles B&B, sehr schön gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer, große schöne Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, schöner Pool mit Poolbar, sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und super Gespräche mit dem Inhaber beim Willkommensdrink, wer in Plettenberg Bay ein Zimmer sucht unbedingt schauen ob ein Zimmer frei ist

Owner invited us for a beer on arrival and helped point us in the right direction for somewhere good to eat that night. Property is laid out very well and room was spacious and clean with wonderful views on the bay. Did not get to use pool unfortunately ad we arrived close to sunset and left early the jext morning. Breakfast was fantastic, too much choice for us that morning as we were about to do a bungee jump and did not want to over eat! Very tasty and great choices. When we visit SA again we would definetly book again as only did a small taster of the area.

Endlich eine Unterkunft, die deutschen Standards gerecht wird und diese sogar übertrifft. Das Zimmer ist schöner als in Wirklichkeit, die Aussicht wunderschön mit riesiger Terrasse (Zimmer Buffalo). Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und sicher.

Outstanding !

The attention to detail is what makes Lala Panzi so excellent. A warm welcome, beautiful room, a crystal clear pool, and a great breakfast are just a few of the things that made our stay tip-top. Our host should write a book about his life; so fascinating. We had too short a stay and will definitely return. Don't worry about being out of the centre as this area is quiet and an excellent taxi driver took us into the centre of town in just a few minutes and was waiting for us as we left the restaurant. Really a gem.

Quality accommodation in Plettenburg

This B&B oozes quality. Everything has a 5 star feel from the hand carved doors to the king sized beds. Great views from all the rooms and a heated pool with swim up bar. All the staff made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr stilvolle Zimmer, super schönes Anwesen

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, was wir angesichts des toll eingerichteten Zimmers etwas bereuten. Das Zimmer (Büffel) war viel größer als erwartet, es gab einen großen Schrank, eine Kochecke und ein geräumiges, schönes Bad. Die eine Seite des Zimmers war eine große Glasfläche, von der die eine Hälfte aus einer Glasschiebetür bestand. Direkt davor die große Veranda, die sich alle Zimmer auf der Etage teilen. Es kommt also vor dass andere Gäste vor dem Zimmer vorbeilaufen und reingucken können. Wer wirklich sehr auf seine Privatsphäre bedacht ist, den wird das stören. Während unserer Zeit waren keine anderen Gäste da, andernfalls hätten wir uns über die einfache Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme gefreut. Jedes Zimmer hat davor nicht nur Tisch und Stühle, sondern sogar zwei Sonnenliegen verfügbar. Im Garten gibt es einen Pool, es sah alles sehr schön und schick aus, leider hatten wir keine Zeit den Pool zu benutzen. Unseren großen, schweren Koffer haben wir die Verandatreppe herauf in den zweiten Stock getragen. Von der anderen Hausseite aus wäre es nur ein Stockwerk gewesen, aber dafür ist die Wendeltreppe zu klein. Dies könnte für Leute mit Beeinträchtigung, die nicht so schwer schleppen oder gut Treppen steigen können, ein Problem sein. Auch hat die Wendeltreppe beim Betreten sehr stark geknarzt, dies könnte u.U. störend sein falls viele Leute gleichzeitig da sind. Wir fanden das Anwesen aber toll, würden auch wieder kommen. Die Besitzer waren überaus nett und hilfreich.
