The property is an older property, but SO clean and maintained. Rob who checked us in was so kind and phenomenal. I made a mistake in my reservation and Rob was so accommodating. It is within walking distance to Water street where there is shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend . Thanks!

Located right near but not in downtown Plymouth and the Waterfront, this hotel is always clean, comfortable, well maintained and staffed with friendly and helpful people. It's my favorite place to stay when I visit the area, which is often.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained, the rooms are a bit outdated. Smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling, beds and pillows were comphy. Bathroom tub does not really have a place to place your soap and shampoo. Room had a weak musty smell. Beds were made daily. Breakfast was decent. Dining room attendant was nice but a bit overbearing. Was a little intimidating and seemed to watch your every move. Manager was so awesome and friendly. I would recommend it. Great location.

The property is unique and in a great location for the area.. the only issue was with the Jetted Tub which was the main reason I booked the room... it was clean , it worked.. but the issue was with how the fire alarm reacted to the heat of the tub... something that probably should be noted with some signage of some sort... Like Keep Fan on At All Times When Using Tub or You Will be Rudely Taken Out of your Relaxing Vibe you Paid Extra For, Also some extra hooks/towel racks would be nice as would a floor that isn't extra slippery. But over all great choice, friendly staff and we will return.

Stayed in the John Alden cottage for the second time. My go to place when visiting. I used to be a loyal member of their competition but this place has my business from now on. Clean, very comfortable and quiet. Staff always professional and friendly.
