โEverything was great, from check-in to check-out, all the staff were very attentive. The location is perfect, the room has a sea view, the furniture is new, everywhere from the lobby to the rooms smelled very clean. But generally was very convenient.
Varna is a small city so it took me 15 min. from the airport.
Close to park and beach. I could take a walk for about 2 hours.
Service was very good, gentle and kind staffs were always greeted me with smiles. Small but very comformtable and cozy hotel.โ
โThe place is gorgeous and Maggie is the most hospitable host imaginable, she made us feel like weโre family, gave us useful tips, and helped make reservations for us. The location is also ideal. I know where Iโm staying next time Iโm in Varna. โ

โWe stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.โ
โA very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again.โ
โA nice smaller hotel with everything you need, and not much else. The bathroom was small, and the shower made everything wet, but nothing problematic. The beds were fine and it was real quite. Some well spent money and a place I would book again. โ
โSo beautiful, an amazing place to stay. We loved the apartment, the beach club and the restaurant. The service in the reception was completely absent, we were left to ourselves to figure everything out, but we managed :) โ
