"I booked the hotel for English friends visiting Kiev, on the basis that less money on rooms is more money for vodka. I was staggered at the high standard of the rooms for the price paid. Comfy beds, en suite shower, kettle and fridge in the room and close proximity to the metro. Outstanding!"
"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"
"Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend.
Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

"For some reason ot took long to check-in, but thats not my complaint. Disappointed that I couldn't connect my computer or usb device to the television. Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. "Overall the hotel is great and we were happy with our stay. Our only issue was the bed wasn’t a King bed as advertised in our Suite. Nothing changed even after informing the reception. That was the disappointment as we have our 1.5 year daughter with us and was smaller bed compared to what a King bed would have been. "

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly, the rooms were kept very clean. Sheets and towels were changed out regularly. The room was modern. The kitchen had all of the standard amenities with new appliances. The bed wasn’t too hard and the pillows were comfortable. "
