“ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th.
The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic.
However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff.
We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said...

“All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins. But other than the front office, the resort is...
