โThis hotel is horrible. I travel for 6monthes but i've had bad experiences like here. The restaurant in hotel is very dirty. They didn't wash dishes and forks. It looks just leave for long time.
This hotel will not keep your luggage after you check out. You must pay $35, then you can take place for your luggage.
There are 4 staff i saw. They are rude and only want your money. There's no elevator, so one of them will help you. You must give them tip to make them go out from your room.

โThis is a beautiful property close to the north entrance of Cotopaxi national park. The grounds are very nice and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent and rated the best in the area. โ
โIt's a nice place for the price, the only down side for me was just the location is a little noisy/ the walls aren't insulated well. But the staff were super helpful and friendly! Definitely a nice place to stay if you're on a budget. โ
