"The rooms were amazing, I really liked that my one bedroom was completely separate from the main living space and the other sleeping area. It allowed me to work when I needed to and get some much needed rest and not make my family have to tiptoe around. The staff was amazingly helpful and responded to requests immediately. I also really enjoyed the daily fitness classes that were available thru BILT, a third party that's partnered with the property. As a newbie in each of the classes that I took the instructors met me where I was instead of expecting me to keep up with the folks that actually knew what they were doing. The negatives were that breakfast was very disappointing. I've gotten better breakfast from $79 a night rooms. The waffle maker wasn't even available every day. I'd describe it as continental at best. Second, great that the pool opens early every day BUT the pool maintenance person often showed up around 9am when the pool was already starting to fill up and then everyone would have to get out while he stood around on his phone and pretended to clean. Also, the pool closing at 7 or 8pm depending on who you asked during the summer really stinks. The kids and I like to go for an evening swim after the beach all day and dinner but we weren't able to do that. Also, the website for the property and the property itself contradict each other on the pool hours. Overall, I'll most likely stay here again but I would really like for them to address these issues."
