"The Hot Tub was dirty the room was dirty no iron in my room. Parking was horrible. I would not stay here again. The pictures on the internet do not look like that in person. Only good thing about this hotel is its right on the beach. Also, we were out of water to take a shower are use the bathroom. There was a water are pipe burst."

"If you need the newest top of the line updates, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for clean, nice, friendly staff, AMAZING VIEWS, and prime location this is the place! We came down for a quick wkend away never stayed here before. Our room was top floor of the tower (7th). Full kitchen dinning table couch with a barn door separating that area and the 2 queen beds. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our boys went swimming in both pools and the onsite restaurant/bar is great. Short walk past the pool and you are in the sand and feeling the ocean. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will be back again. We come to the area at least twice a yr. If I had one negative it would be our balcony chairs. One was completely destroyed broken the other not far from it. We just took a chair from the table out, not a big deal to us lol."

"I booked this property knowing that it was older and possibly outdated. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, especially the ladies at the front check in. The beds and all of the furniture were very clean and there were no issues there at all. The view was absolutely stunning and right when I got into the room, I could see dolphins. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a lot of rust all over the windows, patio, and around the air vents. Which I am aware that being right on the beach, things are way more susceptible to rust. The air conditioning did work but the vent just looked busted up. Which takes me back to it being an older property. There was a time when I went back to my room and saw three men in my room, which as a woman traveling, somewhat frightened me. I know requesting house cleaning was an option but I never requested it. I walked in and one of them was just flipping through the television. They were very nice but it just uncomfortable due to me not expecting to come back to my room with people inside of it. Also, there were no luggage carts? I didn’t see a single one but I do believe that was due to it being bike week and there were a lot of people. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I did just feel the need to say that in case you bring a lot of stuff, you may have to make a few trips unloading and loading your stuff. Overall, I would book here again and thats mainly because it’s one of the most affordable beach front properties in PCB. "

"Bathroom was not as advertised in pictures, was much worse. No tv remotes to control volume of TVs. The tv in the bedroom is MAYBE like a 20” screen…it’s the freakin size of a computer monitor. Oh & they apparently use Clorox bleach to clean everything & it smelled like they dumped the entire gallon in the room — I had such a bad allergic reaction to it cuz of how potent it was that we had to checkout & demand a refund the very first night of our stay before even sleeping there. Smoke detector was not even attached to the ceiling which is a major code violation, it was just dangling from the ceiling (pictured). Dishes were not clean upon arrival. Bed & couch both very uncomfortable. Couch was all stained. Door access code that was given to us was incorrect so we couldn’t even get into the room when we first arrived. The list of things wrong with this place goes on & on, we do NOTTTTTT recommend booking this “hotel”. The pictures & details on the hotels.com listing are SO misleading, it is so bad of False Advertising. If I could give zero stars, I would. "
