"I think his name was Carlin but he works the front desk...he was soooo inviting during check in and our entire stay.The whole staff were so friendly and helpful. The views are great.I liked the covered parking but there is an ant issue on the bottom floor.My car was filled with them the day after we parked on the bottom floor.It took 2 days to get them out.The overall experience was great.The fireworks on the beach were phenomenal."

" We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Panama City Beach Resort! The hotel is in a fantastic location right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and we really appreciated the convenient laundry services — a huge plus when you’re spending time at the beach. Beach access couldn’t be easier, and the pool area is great. The hotel is within walking distance to Pier Park, Walmart, the mall, restaurants, and Top Golf, making it super convenient for both relaxing and exploring the area. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have housekeeping sweep or vacuum the floors daily. Even though I did my best to keep sand out of the room, it’s nearly impossible at the beach. Housekeeping services every other day (after the second day) are fine for most things, but as someone who likes to keep things very clean, I would have appreciated daily floor cleaning — or even access to a broom or small vacuum to handle it myself. Overall, everything else about our stay was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! "
