" I had an ocean front room. The room was dusty and the sheets were discolored. A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated. The staff was professional and helpful. The free breakfast was mediocre and comparable to a 2–3-star hotel. I enjoyed the warm water pool and easy access to the beach. My expectation of the Hyatt fell short, but I made the best of my short weekend getaway. "

"Very clean and family friendly. Our 2 year old loved the pool. Very close walk to the beach. The mattress in the room was very soft and pillows were as well. "

"We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. The furniture is older but the room was cleaned daily. Walking distance from the Boardwalk and only a 15-20 minute drive to Destin. One downside was the parking fee, we paid $1,200 for 4 nights plus $15.00 per night parking and daily resort fees. I would've thought parking would be free being that you are already staying there but oh well. We had fun! We will 💯 be coming back. Thank you for the experience."

"From the get go it started out wrong. We could not get keys to check in to our room. The front desk night staff went upstairs and let us in our room. As soon as we got in our room we noticed the carpet was soaked. We called and informed the front desk. The next day we reminded the front desk they sent up maintenance who put a loud big dehumidifier that would remain untouched until two nights later when we complained again. We went to relax. We were compensated with parking and three drinks from the bar. Our last night we got moved to a different room however it was unfortunate the stay was not up to par. I would never stay here again. The lack of follow-up from management is disgusting! We extended so much grace and have ample time for this to be resolved. There are a lot of hotels near and I would urge everyone to check other options. "
