The restaurant and shopping areas are conveniently located near the beach. The breakfast was good, but it can get crowded quite quickly. The coffee was good, too. My only complaint is that my room was close to the kitchen, so I could hear all the noise and it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The beds are on the soft side which I like. Breakfast was consistently good. The building is a little small, hallways tight, etc. Safe area. Doors close very loudly if you don't catch them. Crystal Beach is an easy walk. Overall, I would stay again.

Quick easy process was able to get in earlier then check in which was amazing! Had all the essentials body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. Walls are pretty thin though and doors slam easily.

Definitely some good and some bad with this property. GOOD: - Breakfast was good with several hot food choices. Great coffee machine and flavored creamers. - Location, location, location! Walkable to a ton of restaurants and shopping. 2 block walk to the beach. - Comfy beds and nice clean bedding. - Rooms were updated and fairly modern - nice to have a Keurig machine in the rooms. BAD: - Staff were civil at best. Bare minimum. Most didn't even acknowledge you if you walked past and said good morning, or hello. - No flexibility at check-out. I had a late flight and they didn't allow me to have a late checkout (despite not being busy), and no secure room to store your luggage in. This was really disappointing. - Breakfast was good (see above) but needs to be stocked more often. If you got down there after 8.30am, you were out of luck on most items. - Pool was okay, but definitely needs more chairs, a few more umbrellas, and cleaning on a more frequent basis.
