Our vacation stay at the Hilton was great! We were there during the week of Blue Angels ceremony and the view we had from the 13th floor was spectacular! The view of the beach from our room was fantastic as well. Our room was so clean, comfortable and spacious, it felt like “home away from home” The staff and personnel were all so friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and beautiful. We dined at the outdoor restaurant/bar by the pool and the food and drinks were great! We decided to also try the breakfast available (buffet) at the restaurant located inside the hotel and we were very pleased with food selections. If I had to rate my visit to the Hilton it would be 10/10! We visit Pensacola every year for vacation but this was our first time staying here at the your hotel and I’m definitely booking again next year!!!

BEAUTIFUL view. CLEAN rooms. Housekeeping amazing. Short walk to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful. Bathrooms were great. Beds were comfy. The only negative I can say about it, is you have to pay extra to use their pools, and to eat their breakfast. You even had to pay $3 for the bottles of water they had in your room. But overall, great experience.

We got a 3 bedroom suite last minute after a VRBO cancelled on us. Suite was nice with a great view. Pools were very nice, and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the omelette station was excellent. The maintenance staff were great, especially Izzy and DJ, who moved a dryer to make sure we had a working unit. The property definitely has a hard time keeping up with maintenance, as we had several items that needed to be addressed, and we had to ask several times. From the door not fully closing to no weather stripping to drains that were very slow, they did eventually address the issues. The kitchen in the unit was nice to have, but a few thing could have been better. The plates and bowls looked good, but they were not microwaveable. There was no skillet, which we needed for a few recipes and had to buy. Other than that, the location is excellent - you can’t have a better location for hotels on Pensacola beach!
