"Quaint inn on Main St. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy drive to gas stations, more restaurants, and some larger stores. The inn was built in 1843 and has all of the expected charm that you would expect. The building is nicely maintained. However, I stayed in a standard queen room and found that the bathroom in that room needs upgrading. There is a small single shower without much room & no place to put your things. The small shelf in the shower stall was slanted downward so everything just falls off of it. They also have affixed a higher border to keep the water in the shower so you need to watch your step. This would not be a good room type for anyone with mobility issues or anyone who is heavy set. Other than that, the room was nicely kept and clean with nice hardwood floors and good A/C. They also provide a flat sheet over the top of the comforter for cleanliness which I very much appreciate. The room was nice overall but it would be helpful to have a small dresser & at least a small counter or shelf near the sink. There is no place to put your things on a pedestal sink. Staff is very friendly. Location is great. Parking is in the back of the hotel only but there is convenient spot in front of the door for unloading. The town felt very safe. The grab & go breakfast was typical with a standard selection of teas, coffees, pastries, bagels, fruit, etc. Love that they have non-dairy milk! Would stay again but different room."
